My journey began in the classroom, where I co-founded the Institute for Global Solutions (IGS), a public school program that grew from 23 students to nearly 200 annually. Along the way, I discovered that the same tools that inspire teenagers to take action can also spark transformation in boardrooms, communities, and teams.
Today, I deliver high-energy keynotes and workshops that help people cut through the noise, reconnect to purpose, and reimagine what’s possible. Whether I’m working with educators, executives, or students, my focus is the same: build mental clarity, foster consistency, and offer actionable strategies for leading in uncertain times.
In addition to my work as a keynote speaker, I teach at the university level, guiding both undergraduate and master’s students through leadership and social impact. My approach blends academic insight with practical tools, bridging theory and lived experience to help people lead with clarity and confidence.
